The part of a life transition where quite honestly, it often feels like your life is burning down to the ground. Fires create fertile ground for new growth, but the process takes time. Big love if you’re in this stage.

You’d be fair to assume that the hardest part of a life transition is the Fracture, the ending itself.

I have a special kind of fascination with life transitions. And on reflection, I think it’s because they tend to flout the rules that our society tries to govern everything by.

They begin with an ending.

Whether it’s a big, dramatic, very final ending…or something that may even be invisible to anyone else outside of yourself (or somewhere in-between the two), something occurs right at the beginning (!) of this ending. It’s what I call the Fracture - a moment where something just stops working in the way it used to.

You don't need complicated rituals or elaborate altars to start connecting with plants, despite what Instagram may tell you...
It can be as simple as making a pot of herbal tea. Being present while the kettle boils. Pouring the water slowly. Sitting and being present with it while it brews instead of running off to do something else.
That is the ritual 💜

Today's video is me chatting about the 'final' stage of the life transition spiral (except final does not mean finished!)

In this video I'm talking about what sovereignty actually looks and feels like from the inside. The identity coherence that starts to solidify. The self trust that deepens. The way decisions get clearer because you're finally connected to something real in yourself. And why this is the stage where voice, visibility, and manifestation all start to flow more naturally.

It's not a magical place where everything is sorted... but, it is a really good place to be.

Short one from the kitchen today. I've run out of ironing.

I wanted to talk about that frustrating point in a life transition where you can almost see the path ahead but you can't quite make out the whole route. Where some days it's clear and then suddenly it's all a confusing mishmash again.

That's where I'm at right now. And I suspect I'm not the only one.
