What a journey I've been on . . .
Having completed the first Sacred Remembering course with 17 incredible founding members, I feel different, changed – as others do too. It's been a such sacred journey – one that involves no striving or seeking, but REMEMBERING the Truth of who we are . . . which is Love and Oneness. I now feel more connected, guided, and able to live from a place of Trust and Love, instead of fear and self-doubt. What a difference this makes!

This pic was taken in the late 1970s when I was deeply into my spiritual search. And only now – all these years on – have I discovered the sacred key that allows us to awaken to Truth, Love and Oneness! 🌅🥰🙏
So to celebrate, I’m offering a 6-part Online Course called Sacred Remembering. It is a pathway of gentleness, love and embrace, takes little time and is completely effortless.
To ensure the course runs smoothly, I’m looking for 5-10 founding members to trial it. There will be a 50% reduction of the price, and individual support and guidance throughout. Weather and wind permitting, David and I are planning on taking our titanium gong to Castlerigg Stone Circle at 3.40 am on Saturday 21 June, the time of the summer solstice. You are welcome to join us, but completely understand if it's only us there! We want to honour this time and ask for healing to take place as the world and humanity go through these turbulent times. 🙏🥰🙏

Messages from the sky, becks and lakes confirm the extra-ordinary effect the gong has on the landscape . . . and upon us, more so than I could ever have imagined. On the morning of the equinox, David and I went to Buttermere with our titanium and wind gongs and sounded them just below the High Heart Chakra of the Lake District. While there, I was shown it's now time for me to give up teaching. After 53 years of sharing my experience and journey, I now know there are many wonderful people far younger than me, who have the skills and gifts to take over.
So I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported David and me over the years. It had been an absolute delight and privilege to work with such incredible, inspirational people.
And our door is always open at Ellerbank for those of you who live near enough to visit. So there is no ending – only new beginnings and I feel SO excited for the future! 🌠🥰🙏 With profound love and gratitude to you all! 💓

What happens when we follow a spiritual path?
After a lifetime of teaching meditation, there seems to be less understanding about spirituality than ever before. I learned to meditate so I could experience Oneness instead of duality, Love instead of fear, Truth instead of illusion, and Connection instead of feeling separate and apart. And as the years go by, I feel eternally grateful for knowing I am so much more than ‘Eliza’ and my true potential has no bounds.

But nowadays spiritual, meditation, yoga and psycho-therapeutic practices all seem to be rolled into one, primarily to help us get fitter, healthier, more flexible, less stressed, happier, so we can cope with the challenges of this 3 dimensional reality.

Yet all this happens spontaneously when we connect with the True Self – consciousness expands and we enter a flow of Love that pervades everything and is eternal. It is utterly beautiful!

So this is what we will be exploring on Sunday 13 April at the Fellside Centre in Kendal. All it takes is a shift in perception to embrace our True Reality and we can all take this step. It is simple, effortless and wondrous! Do come and join us. 🙏
