I moved to Dentdale in 1976 – a hidden gem, a sacred place – and in 1998, renovated and refurbished a redundant chapel, to make it into a Meditation Centre – an oasis of calm, a place of inspiration, that was open to all. With the support of friends and a wonderful group of trustees, it became known as a Centre of Excellence, offering courses that ranged from flamenco dance and zen archery, to meditation and uncovering of mystical truths.
But after 15 years, I left to pursue my own search and others took over as its guardians.
However, last week I was asked to take up the role of Director again. 🙏 So I'm here to serve once more. This beautiful sanctuary belongs to us all . . . so let me know your dreams for the Centre, you and others, and together let's make them come true! 🥰🌠💗

I’ve been on a spiritual search and have taught spiritual practice for more than 50 years…. then everything changed.
Because I realised the pathway to awakening is not about seeking…. it’s about REMEMBERING.
Remembering we are Love
Remembering we are One.
I didn’t need more practices or teachers.
All I needed was to remember that underneath the fear and the wounds, we are all Love Itself 💗 Love remembering Itself. 🌠
Which is why I created Sacred Remembering -

And people joined and began remembering too - experiences of Love and Oneness.

What a journey I've been on . . .
Having completed the first Sacred Remembering course with 17 incredible founding members, I feel different, changed – as others do too. It's been a such sacred journey – one that involves no striving or seeking, but REMEMBERING the Truth of who we are . . . which is Love and Oneness. I now feel more connected, guided, and able to live from a place of Trust and Love, instead of fear and self-doubt. What a difference this makes!

This pic was taken in the late 1970s when I was deeply into my spiritual search. And only now – all these years on – have I discovered the sacred key that allows us to awaken to Truth, Love and Oneness! 🌅🥰🙏
So to celebrate, I’m offering a 6-part Online Course called Sacred Remembering. It is a pathway of gentleness, love and embrace, takes little time and is completely effortless.
To ensure the course runs smoothly, I’m looking for 5-10 founding members to trial it. There will be a 50% reduction of the price, and individual support and guidance throughout. Welcoming in the solstice with wonderful friends – sounding the gong and offering up prayers for humanity to lift itself into a frequency of Love, Wisdom and Truth. May it be so. 🙏 And what a memorable and unforgettable time it was. Huge gratitude to those who joined us in the early hours! 🌠🥰

Weather and wind permitting, David and I are planning on taking our titanium gong to Castlerigg Stone Circle at 3.40 am on Saturday 21 June, the time of the summer solstice. You are welcome to join us, but completely understand if it's only us there! We want to honour this time and ask for healing to take place as the world and humanity go through these turbulent times. 🙏🥰🙏

Messages from the sky, becks and lakes confirm the extra-ordinary effect the gong has on the landscape . . . and upon us, more so than I could ever have imagined. Below photos by Grisedale Beck – where water flows from Grisedale Tarn, the centre point of the Lake District – and the video was below Blencathra, the crown chakra of the Lake District – and angel light shone down us from Pillar Rock. Feeling blessed. 🙏🥰🌠
