Good for the Sole Reflexology I established 'Good for the Sole' Reflexology in January 2022. I am a mobile therapist offering treatments from the comfort of your home.

I’ve been a Reflexologist since 2021 and work from my treatment room in Sedgefield on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and from The Foot Clinic in Coxhoe on Wednesdays. I trained with the NHS Natural Health school in Harrogate where I qualified in 2021 with a level 3 diploma in Reflexology. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, the Complementary & Natural Healthcare council (CNH

C) and am fully insured as a reflexology practitioner. In addition, I am qualified to practice Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, an award winning technique which helps to reduce lymphatic swelling and has proved to be successful in easing the symptoms of auto-immune disorders and sinus problems. I travel within a 10 mile radius of Sedgefield (TS21), offering weekday daytime and some evening appointments.
