This short video has been created to offers patients a quick, accessible overview of the emotional and employment-related support available to them. From managing anxiety or low mood to getting help finding work or staying in a job, the video highlights how local Talking Therapies services can make a real difference.

We had 1424 missed appointments (where the patient did not cancel first) during 2025.

At an average of 10 minutes per appointment that equates to 237 hours of clinical time a year or 4.5 hours a week which could’ve been used to see other patients.

Please can we ask patients to cancel their appointment if they are unable to make it, so that we can open these appointments up to other patients and do not waste valuable clinician time.

Patients can now cancel appointments easily and without having to speak to anyone by ringing the surgery phone number and following the prompts.

Patients will be contacted if they do not attend an appointment without cancelling first to query their reasons for this.

Reminder to all patients that our coffee morning is this Friday 12-2pm.
There will be both sweet and savoury items available with honesty boxes for donations.

We look forward to seeing you there. Donations big and small, help raise funds to support people in the UK living with cancer, from the moment they are diagnosed, throughout treatment and beyond.

We are hosting a Christmas Macmillan Coffee Morning at the surgery on Friday 5th December between 12-2pm.

All patients welcome.

Refreshments will be provided, no need for patients to bring anything but themselves.

Please do try to arrive on foot to avoid congestion on the car park.
