Rest is essential for our well-being, it’s how our bodies restore and our nervous systems find balance. Yet so often, we push it aside in the busyness of life, believing we have to keep going to feel productive or worthy.
If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, it’s time to hit pause and give yourself the care you deserve.
I invite you to join me on Sunday 26th October, for our Rest & Restore session at The Beehive - a cosy evening of restorative yoga & yoga nidra to help soothe the nervous system and find deep relaxation🕯️

💫 Restorative Yoga - a slow, floor-based, nurturing practice that focuses on rest, using props such as boosters, blocks and blankets to support you
💤 Yoga Nidra - also known as yogic sleep, a form of guided relaxation that induces deep rest.
