I've been a bit quiet on here, mainly because I've been enjoying the summer and being fully present with life.

Thought I'd pop a post on with some reminders....

Rise & Shine starts back up on 2nd September. This class is perfectly relaxing and man have I missed it! Starting the day the right way makes a beautiful class. Every Tuesday, 9:30. There's plenty of spaces available at present, so drop me a message to join us.

I will be rebranding my Core Strength Vinyasa classes, but they will remain the same fun flow it always has been. I really see these as my yoga for life classes because we always have a different positive focus each week. Ask anyone who comes, they leave you feeling your best self. Thursdays, 8pm and Friday 6:30pm. Message me for a space.

Virgo season is here, and with the rare gift of two new moons within the same sign it’s going to be a killer month for Virgos.

Did I mention I was a Virgo?

Who knows what amazing things are on the horizon hey?

But I will start by telling you that both classes are FULLY BOOKED this morning, which is pretty damn wonderful in itself!
