I’m really looking forward to joining some of The Corner Studios team in taking on the Seaside 10k in support of Queenscourt Hospice.

Queenscourt is a local charity that provides outstanding care and support for people across West Lancashire, Southport and Formby. Whether that’s at home, in hospital or at their Inpatient Unit, the team at Queenscourt helps patients and their loved ones with compassion and specialist palliative care.

Good luck to all of my patients taking on the Manchester & London Marathons this weekend. You’ve put in the miles, stayed consistent with your training and looked after your bodies in the lead up, now it’s time to enjoy the experience and soak up the atmosphere!

Remember to pace yourself, fuel well, and most importantly, take it all in. It’s a huge achievement just getting to the start line.
