Time for an update on one of the AW Fitness family. 😁💪🏻
Adrian started training with me a little over 18 months ago. Weight loss being the primary goal along with getting fitter and stronger.
The main challenge has been managing an incredibly busy work/home life, which involves frequent trips away from home, making nutrition tricky to say the least.
However, he got on board with the nutritional coaching advice from the get go, working on changing habits that would benefit his goals.
On top of this he’s trained hard during our sessions, consistently trained outside of our sessions and listened to coaching tips about how to increase daily steps/activity despite being so busy in the office.
The results:
🔹Over 61lbs lost (nearly 4.5 stone/28kgs)! ✅
🔹Multiple inches/cm lost (29.73”/75.5cm cumulative)✅
🔹Feels great in himself ✅
🔹Fitter ✅
🔹Stronger ✅
I’m super proud of the hard work Adrian has put in. It’s a great example of what you can do when you’re ready for change - AWESOME 🤩 🤩 🤩
