We are holding our event on 20th of July .
We are looking for local stall holders, food trucks, kids rides, facepainter, children entertainment.
Also looking for raffle prices .
The event will be at the Bowmans pub in howden

This is a outside event so a gazebo is needed with weights and public liability insurance.

Every year we raise money for the charity for the prevention of male su***de…
2024 will be no different.

Last year we had over 300 people get involved to do their bit including the other gyms and .
We have decided to do this years challenge in summer so we can all be a little warmer at 3am.

The challenge will be absolutely ridiculous as always but as always we will do it even if it takes 3 days - this one might 😣😂.

Spread the word and let’s get ready to smash last years target.
