SOLAR PLEXUS!

One of the first reflexes to be "worked" in a reflexology session is the solar plexus ❤

The solar plexus reflex on the foot is under the left thumb shown on the photo.
In the body it is a complex network of nerves and ganglia located in the upper abdomen, behind the stomach and in front of the aorta, just below the diaphragm.

Why is it so important to "work" this reflex?

Because it is the seat of our emotional life.
Feelings of personal power, laughter, joy and anger are associated with this centre ❤

Reflexology is much, much more than foot massage !!!

It's a moment to honour the balance between darkness and light ❤
