Join us for our third retreat in England at the amazing eco-friendly Silverholme Manor which is set privately in Graythwaite Estate literally on the edge of Lake Windermere.
Cosset yourself with various Pilates sessions watching the sunrise and sunset. The classes (run by Leonie from BodyMotion) are expertly prepared to cater for your individual needs and activities. Let us transform you with this magical break.
Be prepared for a mix of hard work, relaxation and fun.
The Pilates Room is kept heated and softly lit for you throughout the weekend and all the equipment is provided.
Allow yourself time to slow down, unwind and feel free to roam the grounds or join our guided walk.
Enjoy the breathtaking dramatic views, the roaring open fire, scented candles with extra nibbles and healthy cakes to make the mouth water.
Each day we offer you different fresh menus.
The Manor has a veranda and benches overlooking the Lake and a small area by the water where you can sit and watch the world go by.
Here you are able to relax, recuperate and recharge your batteries well before Christmas.
