Maybe you aren’t the most flexible person, or the strongest person. But you’re tired of being achy and inflexible and want to tone up.
A Pilates class sounds great, but you’re worried everyone in the class will be more flexible and stronger than you are. What if you can’t do the class? What if it’s embarrassing to be in a group of people who will all be stronger, leaner and more flexible than you?
Getting fit shouldn’t be scary!
I love teaching my classes filled with hard working, regular people. They are trying to get out of p.ain, improve themselves and be a bit fitter.
The people in my classes are not gym-tastic, with perfect bodies and bulging muscles. They come because they want more flexibility, more toning or have back pain. Every Body is different with unique abilities and things to work on.
So, if you’ve always wanted to try out Pilates but are nervous about who will be in class, come along and give it a go. No superstars, just super nice people all working towards the same things you are.
