Swedish massage is great for relaxation and improving circulation with lighter, flowing strokes, but it doesn’t reach deeper muscle layers.

Deep tissue massage uses slower, more targeted pressure to release chronic tension, correct postural issues, and reduce pain more effectively.

While Swedish massage calms the body, deep tissue offers longer-lasting therapeutic benefits, especially for those needing real relief from tight or overworked muscles.

Please make sure your Deep Tissue massage therapist has the relevant qualifications, often deep tissue is mistaken for a ‘Firm Swedish’ but this isnt the case, an extensive knowledge of human anatomy is needed for a good quality treatment.

Throughout December I will be changing my work days! Unfortunately Wednesdays fall on my sons birthday, Christmas Eve and New Years so not ideal for most, therefore I will be working Mondays! The only Monday I will not be working is the 8th as I am on holiday.
