If anyone is sceptical about the benefits/success of reflexology treatments, then speak to my fellow level 5 student Tom Wadey.

I walked in to college yesterday, in agony with my back, overdosing on cocodamol, unable to bend my back at all. 2 treatments later, I walked out of college tonight with a glide in my step, able to bend over, pick my socks up and put them on -yeah cheers Tom for putting them on yesterday!

I've a dull ache still, I won't lie, but after cancelling work calls all last week due to my issues, this feeling is amazing!

Try it folks, you'll be surprised and so grateful you gave it a go!
