The sounds invite you to slow down enough to really listen — to your body, your emotions, your truth.

It’s a space for deep introspection and an opportunity to release any resistance that’s holding you back or keeping you stuck in the same negative cycles.

✨ The Greatest Show of Care ✨

It was a privilege to attend and take part in the National Arts in Hospital Network Conference at the inspiring York Art Gallery — a celebration of creativity, compassion, and collaboration in healthcare.

Huge thanks to York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for hosting such an engaging and uplifting event, and to Elly Ross for beautifully capturing the essence of the day through her photography.

A wonderful reminder that the arts truly are the greatest show of care. 💜

Having the opportunity to present and share my work and experiences of Sound therapy in healthcare.
I’ve met so many inspiring people from across the UK who are bringing creativity and care together. Feeling inspired and grateful!
