I met with Selby Health Walks yesterday - they have a range of weekly walks in the Selby area and are also looking for people who would like to become walk leaders for the group. These sort of groups are a great way to meet new people, socialise and keep active. The walks are FREE and there is training/support available for people to become walk leaders. David and Stephen shared these resources outlining dates of walks and there are detailed icons to indicate routes with inclines and stiles.

Would you like to be involved with the filming of a video on The Selby Trails?

The walking trails have been a big success, and we're now looking for some volunteers to be involved with a video to show other members of the community and the North Yorkshire County Council how well they've been going.

You'd have to be free for a couple of hours on Sunday 22nd July, and would love to film a family or mixed-age group, with one or a few children!
