I always forget to take before and after photos, I'm too busy creating the magic instead of capturing it 📸

I am really enjoying my TCM teas... and I've got to say this is one of my favourites🍯🌼

This tea is a gentle blend designed to support your body’s natural balance by using both cooling and warming herbs. Making it great for daily support, especially if you experience digestive issues, stress, or signs of mild Liver Qi stagnation or Spleen Qi deficiency.

✨ Cupping Therapy ✨

💜 These cupping marks show blood stagnation with dampness!

🤍 Stagnation can build up from stress, tension, lack of movement, poor digestion, or holding on to emotions.

💜 The uneven purple and white tones also points to dampness. This can make you feel heavy, fatigued, bloated, or foggy-headed. This tells us that the energy and blood aren't flowing properly and causing pain.
