Some Questions I’ve been asked recently……
🫶🏼Who are the sessions for?
The sessions are designed for the main caregiver, for example Mum, Foster Mum etc. The space is a safe space to share how you’re feeling, seek support, and make friendships.
☝🏼Can I bring baby’s Dad/baby’s Grandparent along?
Unfortunately we only offer the space for one parent or caregiver, and baby. We do occasionally run extra sessions which are ‘Family Days’ where Mum can bring Dad/Auntie/Grandma etc!
🫥I’m really nervous about attending, what if I don’t know what to do?
The routine is designed to encourage bonding between Mum & Baby, and its very much baby led. It’s the same each week, so you both become familiar with it, and know what to expect. There’s no pressure to do the whole routine, you do as much or as little as you want! The space is super welcoming, and relaxing, and having been a Dream Time Mum myself, I absolutely understand those ‘First Day Feelings’. If you’d like, I can meet you outside and we can walk in together.
☕️ I have allergies, so I can’t have Tea & Cake at the end?
I cater for everyone! If it’s something specific please let me know before hand and I can bring something along, but I always carry Oat Milk and alternative sweet treats! I also carry Juice if you don’t like hot drinks! PS, the cakes are vegan! 🌱 😮
🫣What if I forgot to bring something?
Don’t worry. We’re a team, we’ve all got each others back. I carry spare towels, and we’ve all got babies so we can muddle some nappies/wipes/oils etc together!
🫨What if I’m running late?
Just arrive when you can, if you’re running late, your mat will be waiting for you. Come in, settle in, and join in when you’re ready. No rush, no pressure.
