Hello everyone,

Sorry I’ve been so quiet on here for the last month. I’ve been through a bit of a crazy time which has meant I’ve not been able to focus on doing any treatments recently. However, onwards and upwards. I am planning on starting a new job very soon so once I’ve settled into my new role I will look at coming back to providing treatment to my lovely clients again!

Self care is probably one of the most selfless things you can do! Remember, you come first. Your mind and body won’t able to focus on other important things in your day to day life if you aren’t giving yourself that time to recharge and giving yourself much needed self care. Even just having half an hour to an hour of self care every day will make you feel so much better in yourself. I am now booked up for the rest of June but will be back at Serendipity to provide you with lots of relaxing treatments at the beginning of July so you can focus on YOU✨
