1. I carry a set of greek worry beads with me at all times.
I use these to ground and keep my mind focused and in the present moment

2. I chant sanskrit mantra every morning. Mantra stills my mind, helps me to focus on the energy I want to bring into my day and to let go of energy that no longer serves me

3. I go to bed at 9pm.
I know my body and mind work better in the early morning. So I honour that rhythym.Early to bed. Up at 6am

These might seem strange to some people, but they work for me!

I've built these routines over time and know that if I drop one of them, it has a big impact on my ability to regulate my nervous system

What are your quirky habits that keep you regulated?

If your body feels stuck in ā€œonā€ mode — this is for you.

Restore Breathwork is a slow, nourishing session to help your system come out of fight-or-flight and return to rest and regulation.
We use gentle breathwork to settle the body, quiet the mind, and create a sense of safety from the inside out.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a yoga mat and let the breathing do the work.

You don’t need another video course.

Healing your nervous system isn’t generic. A prerecorded course has to work for ā€œmost people.ā€but your stress patterns aren’t most people’s

Your body has its own history.
Its own bracing patterns.
Its own triggers.
Its own capacity.

No video can adjust to that in real time.

That’s why I no longer offer programs without personal support because what creates change isn’t more information. It’s having someone experienced guide you, adjust with you, and help you apply the right tool at the right time.

That’s how you actually release stored stress and trauma from your body.
If you’re ready for that level of support…

šŸ’¬ Comment METHOD and I’ll share how you can work with me directly.

She didn’t need stronger stretches.
She needed her body to feel safe.

When she came to me, she was dealing with chronic muscle pain and sleepless nights 2–3 times a week — sometimes getting only 2–3 hours of sleep.
Her jaw was constantly tight. She was grinding her teeth at night. Her body never truly switched off.
We measured her muscle tension scores when she started working with me and after 2 weeks - they had reduced from 5/5 to 3/5.
We didn’t start with mobility work. We started with safety.

Week 1:
5 seconds in.
5 seconds out.
Breathing through the nose - 10 minutes each day

Week 2:
Gentle jaw release work to reduce bracing at night.

That’s it.

Fewer sleepless nights.
Less grinding.
More energy.

Muscle pain isn’t always a muscle problem.
It’s often a nervous system problem.

Hip pain isn’t there because you haven’t stretched enough, it’s there because your body still feels like it needs to brace.

If you’re:

• taking painkillers just to get through the day
• stretching harder and deeper hoping it’ll ā€œfinally releaseā€
• treating it like a simple muscle issue

…you might be missing the real root cause

Your hips are deeply connected to your stress response.
They tighten when you’re overwhelmed.
They brace when you’re pushing through or feel fear
They hold when your nervous system feels unsafe.

A body that doesn’t feel safemwill not let go — no matter how much you stretch it.

Your hips aren’t broken, they’re protecting you.
When safety comes first, release follows.

šŸ’¬ Comment AUDIT and I’ll give you one thing to do today to help your hips relax and reduce pain.

I was asked this the other day and thought it a slightly strange question as I don’t bring any beliefs into my work with clients, I work with what’s based in neuroscience, research and the past results I’ve acheived with client transformations.

I did answer her question and say that I would class myself as spiritual - here’s why

1. Recurring muscle aches..
When you’ve not done extra exercise

2. IBS or constipation that occurs randomly

3. Tingling. Especially when you rest

4. Teeth grinding at night and jaw pain

5. Restless Legs. You can’t sit still or relax because you feel your legs always need to move

6. Foggy Brain. You can’t concentrate on one thing or finish anything you start

7. Mood Swings. You flit from happy to shouting at someone and you don’t know why

8. Tight, Painful Hips. No amount of stretching helps

9. Headaches. That happen regularly and you can’t shift

10. Constant Fatigue. Even after a good night’s sleep

These are all symptoms that I’ve seen disappear when clients work with me to understand how to regulate their nervous system.

Comment ā€˜stress’ to learn more about how you can work with me to release what your body is holding and be symptom free
