One breathing technique can calm one person instantly and make another person feel MORE anxious, dizzy or overwhelmed because their nervous system is already overloaded.
Same with supplements. Some absolutely can help support the body but if your nervous system still believes it’s unsafe, your body can keep firing symptoms underneath the surface.
Talking therapy can be incredibly valuable for understanding yourself but insight alone doesn’t automatically change the stress patterns living in the body.
