I was lucky recently to do a treatment swap with David Lord Sports Massage, Exercise & Fitness. He worked on my legs and back in all the areas I really struggle with Fibromyalgia pains. David will be offering pop up clinics at The Donkey Den treatment cabin, once a month. Here are his forthcoming dates: Wednesday 17th September and Wednesday 15 October, 10.30 - 4.00. 60 mins £43, 30 mins £23.

Sometimes as therapists we forget we need to look after ourselves a little bit now and again.
Treatment swaps are a great way to do this and we need to do it more regularly.
I had a brilliant treatment swap recently with the fantastic Rachel Hill Reflexology
I can't recommend Rachel enough, she covers all types of reflexology from relaxation(the treatment i had) to menopause, pregnancy and much more too! You will leave feeling refreshed!
