Hypermobility and how I can help -

This is Simon, one of my clients, I treat him regularly to help with his running for both preparation/Injury prevention and recovery on a regular basis. On Sunday he ran the Florence Marathon and achieved a Personal Best by over 20 minutes, also this year, with my treatments, he has ran many more marathons and half-marathons achieving PB after PB.
