I live for the sound of laughter, and play and seeing people find joy in the simplicity of nature and connection 🥹

I don’t know if it’s just because I was there but can actually feel the fun of this through the sounds of this at the end of the clip - it just makes me smile to hear! Pop the sound on - tell me, can you feel it it too?

Will you make time and space to consciously unfurl in body and mind?

Will you help yourself melt the layers of tension that kept you braced against the cold? Offer up your body to the medicine of movement, to heat? Let yourself thaw and invite the sun to come in?

On the 4th April, Caitlin & I will be creating a morning for you to allow your body, and nature to work is magical on you.

A morning to reset your system in alignment with the string spring energy. A space to melt your tension with wood-fired heat and a natural vista to settle your soul. A place for yogic movement and breath to enliven your cells and support ease in your body.

Our morning Reset : Mini Retreat is the opportunity for you to connect, relax and invite the rising energy of spring into your being. Set yourself up for the season to come.

Shared Sauna are our community sessions and they run every weekend.

These shared sauna experiences mean you book a seat in the sauna (rather than needed to hire out the whole thing). Sometimes you l’ll have it to yourself other times you be enjoying the heat along some other lovely fellow humans 💫 either way you’ll have an awesome time!

I’m always trying to figure out what times work best so please do give me some inspiration if you have other times in mind ✨

I’ve seen too many pairs step through our toastie doors now to know that this is something special 🥹

There’s something about the simplicity of just being you two that frees up your energy to actually take in the whole experience.

It allows for those natural lulls conversation where you can just enjoy each others presence as you hear the fire crackle and see the birds fly by. A place to breathe, feel the earth under your feet, and let the heat bring you into wholesome connection with your body and your dear one.

I could wax poetic about how magical it is to thaw your tension and free up your spirit in this little wooden barrel. But what I want most is for others to experience the joy of it too!

It’s what’s inspired me to create the Duo Sauna booking, which books our nature based sauna solely for two of you for the best part of an hour. I’m not even bias when I say it’s an absolute steal to be able to book a whole sauna for exclusive hire for just £60 🥹

All you need is a little sense of adventure and a wish to warm up!

Join yoga teacher Caitlin as she guides you through grounding breath techniques moving into an energising full body flow. We'll connect movement to our breath slowing down into longer pauses & deeper relaxation, ready for your sauna session.

With your body gently stretched & mobilised, you'll have chance to enter the sauna, swim & lounge on the grass with your classmates. We'll take it in turns to make sure everyone gets a go, with chance to chill & close with a easeful guided meditation.

When : Friday 1st Aug @ 18:30 - 20:00
Where: Riverside Sauna @ Knight Stainforth Hall Caravan & Camping Park, Settle

Main things you’ll need:
- swimming costume
- 2 x towels
- Yoga mat (let us know before the day if you’ll need to borrow one)
- comfy clothes
- water

The power of the sauna to clear your body and mind is seriously unrivalled. These lovely ladies were already buzzing following sisterhood swims prior to getting in the sauna. But still! It never ceases to amazing me how transformed people’s sense of wellbeing is with just 15 minutes in the sauna.It’s a place to quieten your mind, move your energy, and reconnect with your body without you really having to ‘do’ anything. There’s so many level the sauna will meet you at, often all at the same time.A place to connect with your body, your humans and the natural world that surrounds you. You asked, we delivered 🪄 Friday community saunas are now on the schedule!

Community saunas are open to all - it’s our session where you can book by seat (1 or more) rather than booking the whole sauna ✨

These friday saunas are currently alternating between AM & PM sessions. This coming Friday we’ve got spaces starting at 17:00, 18:00 & 19:00.
