I initially trained as a Reiki Practitioner and then moved on to Bio-Energy Healing, prior to me putting together my own energy therapy (Infinite Realign Technique.) I have been blown away by feedback from clients since introducing this into my array of other therapeutic practices.

Infinite Realign Technique draws on knowledge of not only unblocking the body to allow better energy flow and wellness, but an interest of how creation manifests. There is no channelling of energy into the body and no removing of energy from the body. It works on where the block has been created and harmonises it back into balance within your energy field.

I have also assisted at Shamanic Soul Retrieval ceremonies in the past and made custom energy tools for this type work, as well as Ho’oponopono.

It’s a common misconception, however the EMMETT Technique is NOT massage! 🙅‍♀️

While both can leave you feeling relaxed, they work in very different ways and can complement one another.

The EMMETT Technique is a unique neuromuscular release method which, unlike massage that involves long, kneading strokes to manipulate tissue, uses light finger pressure on specific critical points.

These points act as switches, sending an immediate signal to the brain via the nervous system to:

🔹 Improve range of motion
🔹 Reset muscle memory

🌀As human consciousness rises at a rapidly increasing rate, the old systems just don’t ‘fit’ anymore. When we enter a new era of conscious expansion we need what we interact with and participate in to expand with us.

Infinite Realign Technique was created to expand into the newer higher frequencies and help you on your journey of inner self discovery and healing. It continues to expand and change as do I. Already what started out as a certain type of therapy a few months back, has morphed into a different offering.

The therapy works within the body's living field to release blockages-both those already causing symptoms and those held in potential, waiting to manifest. Whether arising from inherited patterns, past experiences, or unresolved energetic layers, these blockages naturally collapse as part of the process. No energy is removed from your field, or added, disharmony is just dissolved back into balance.

Our thoughts and beliefs act like patterns of energy moving through the body-mind system. When they are aligned with clarity and trust, they flow smoothly, allowing life-force to circulate without resistance.

Blocks are often self-created through the ways we hold onto unresolved patterns, ancestral imprints, past choices, or unintegrated emotions. Each time we identify with fear, self-doubt or old narratives, we embed those frequencies into barriers that shape our present. In truth, these blocks are mirrors of our own participation, arising to show us where coherence needs to be restored.

Each session involves carefully guided techniques that identify and resolve distortions at the point where they first manifested into form. Through a scan of the body’s field, we can locate interference patterns within its electric framework and bring them back into alignment, restoring balance and clarity.

INFINITE REALIGN TECHNIQUE ~ A lot of clients experience a spontaneous spinal decompression and body balance during a session. The pelvic bowl however, realigns in waves which corresponds to:

1. Release of bracing patterns (muscular/emotional/fascial)

2. Return of hydration and glide in the surrounding tissues

3. Stabilization of field

This can happen during the session or up to 4 weeks later as the body continues to integrate the work through the pathways that have been cleared.

This therapy is about letting the body readjust rather than using force.

Today a lovely client visited for an Infinite Realign session. After working on one of the feet, this happened. The body started unwinding and processing the work. I asked if I could video and share as the processing went on….and on…and on 😊
