A lot of people think yoga is about being flexible.
It isn’t.
You don’t need to be able to touch your toes, balance, or know any poses.
In my sessions, it’s simply an hour to put everything else aside and find space for yourself. A time to breathe, and to move as much (or as little) as you like.
No group sessions next week because of the Easter holidays. We’re back for gentle yoga on Thursday 23 April.
