I see many patients who are curious about weight loss treatments or looking to access them online. Top tips?

✅ The key is a personalised medical approach. As a GP I can assess your overall health for any underlying health conditions, monitor your progress and tailor your treatment plan.

💊 Safety first - I review and adjust other medications where needed as weight loss treatments like Mounjaro (tirzepatide) injections changes how other tablets are absorbed by your body. Other medication may require dose changes as your weight changes.

📉 Even if your BMI is under 35, you may still be a candidate for medical weight loss depending on your health profile. I’m happy to discuss options such as micro-dosing, where appropriate.

🚫 Be cautious with online providers offering generic protocols. I’ve seen patients become unwell after receiving inappropriately high doses with little or no medical oversight.

💬 Weight loss programs are £250/month incl unlimited GP consultations. You deserve support that’s based on you – not a chatbot.

Some moments in my work remind me why I do what I do, moments where everything clicks for a patient: their body, their mindset, and their sense of self.
