Dear Nest Community,

We want to share some important and exciting news with you all. The Nest, as you know it, will be closing its current chapter at the end of April. will be opening at the beginning of May. We are offering 20% off all retail until then as a huge thank you for supporting us up until this point.

Hannah will be moving on to an exciting new project, and Scarlett will be embarking on a brand new journey with a fresh vision at the current location - – be sure to follow along for special newbie offers and updates on what’s to come!

✨ Nothing is changing for you just yet – your current bookings, classes, and experiences remain the same for now, and all gift vouchers and class bundles will get carried over post transition period to make the change as seamless as possible for you. We’ll be keeping you fully in the loop every step of the way.

I'm Abi, barista and host here at The Nest. I am a recent graduate of East15 Acting School, and enjoy creating, writing, and acting in theatre and film. As a dancer, I have been thoroughly enjoying discovering yoga and pilates as well as my spirituality, while being part of the team here at The Nest. As an artist, I like to bring an element of creativity and care to my service here, from making your favourite coffee, to welcoming you to a gorgeous evening sound bath. I have a growing passion for the wellness lifestyle, and hope to brighten your day when you visit, sharing new wellbeing orientated discoveries with you, and look forward to hearing your stories.

One of the many reasons, apart from being quiet, private, intimate, inviting and discreet is our belief of being near and part of nature. Having access to the Willow Meadow gives us and allows us to practise, train and simply enjoy a moment to connect back with nature and ourselves.

UPCOMING OUTDOOR SUNSET SOUND BATH THIS SUNDAY 💆🏼‍♀️🌙☁️🧘🏻‍♀️🌳

Taking place in our Willow Meadow, this sound bath will be under the Leo New Moon, in nature, creating an even more powerful energy, connecting back to the earth and back to yourself.

This new moon in Leo is good for setting career related intentions, if you are ready to aim higher or level up. Some good affirmations to embody during this sound healing session include: “I am ready to start a new cycle of abundance and positivity in my life! I focus my vision and intentions on creating the reality I desire! I open my heart to promising opportunities that bring me love, joy, abundance, and growth!”

What to bring? Just yourself wearing comfortable warm clothes and a water bottle. Blankets and eye masks will be provided along with a grounding herbal tea at the end of the sound bath, allowing time for self-reflection or discussion with the others in the group.
