As an ILM endorsed wellbeing coach, I work closely with clients to set personal goals towards improving physical and mental health and balancing their energy. I work holistically and can help support you with: relationships, emotional health, nutrition and exercise, stress and anxiety levels, sleep, finances, career and work/life balance. I have a special interest in supporting people with chronic exhaustive conditions and burnout. Do you suffer with exhaustion, aches and pains, stress, IBS, anxiety, brain fog and sleep issues? Last week I gave a talk on Tackling Overwhelm to a lovely group of mums in business locally.

So many of us feel overwhelmed from time to time, juggling life, work, children and elderly parents.

There are some great mindset shifts we can make to prevent overwhelm happening often and things we can let go of to lighten the mental and physical load.

Sometimes situations are outside of our control, but we can manage overthinking here and bring acceptance to prevent unnecessary noise from building up inside our heads.

Using effective tools like mindfulness, breathwork and exercise, we can stay in the NOW and create habits and behaviours to prioritise our self-care and wellbeing.
