As an ILM endorsed wellbeing coach, I work closely with clients to set personal goals towards improving physical and mental health and balancing their energy. I work holistically and can help support you with: relationships, emotional health, nutrition and exercise, stress and anxiety levels, sleep, finances, career and work/life balance. I have a special interest in supporting people with chronic

exhaustive conditions and burnout. Do you suffer with exhaustion, aches and pains, stress, IBS, anxiety, brain fog and sleep issues? It can be difficult and confusing to get the bottom of what is causing these life-restricting symptoms. Living with low energy or burnout can create a huge amount of uncertainty and worry around managing life's responsibilities. You’re doing everything right in theory: cutting back on sugar and caffeine, exercising more, taking vitamins and coming off your phone earlier to try to get more sleep, but every weekend you’re still finding yourself exhausted and overwhelmed.

You're awake at 3am with anxious thoughts about how you will get through the next week and feeling frustrated about why these things aren't helping as you're trying so hard to feel better.

I see this all the time in my clients: it’s because your nervous system is still overstimulated and braced for what comes next.

It really upsets me that so many women still don’t feel listened to by doctors.

I have been through this so many times in the past with chronic pain: waiting for months for an appointment and getting my hopes up that I will be heard and given answers, to then be talked over, not listened to and fobbed off with medications that do not work and which often caused me a lot of side effects.

This is one of the reasons I trained to support people with chronic health issues holistically. Providing a safe space for women to explore what is behind their symptoms and helping them to heal is a privilege ❤️

My approach goes beyond stress and burnout "management".

I blend biopsychosocial and NLP techniques to help clients build awareness of the root causes of their overwhelm, chronic symptoms and stressful feelings: not to cope better with living with them, but to heal and recover fully, whilst rewiring neural pathways and reframing their vision for health and happiness.

Clients build nervous system regulation, mental and emotional intelligence and resilience.

They let go of people pleasing and perfectionism, freeing up their energy.

They live fully with a deep understanding of what was happening that made them unwell, embodying a strong sense of trust that they now have the tools and awareness to stay well going forwards with freedom.

I'm loving seeing my autumn bulbs transform into spring flowers and noticing the parallel here with witnessing transformation in my coaching clients, when they start to sow seeds for change in our sessions and come along to subsequent sessions to reveal how they are reaping the benefits of their efforts and actions in their improved wellbeing, energy and relationships.

With my support they start to put boundaries in place around situations and people that they do not want to use their energy for, and to speak up for what they need, leading to a renewed sense of being heard and supported.

They start making decisions to change their career or home environment, removing things that drain them, leading to them feeling happier, calmer and more aligned with their values.

They begin to bring in healthier habits, supporting themselves in sleep, diet and exercise, reducing sugar cravings and improving energy and clarity of mind. They feel more productive and emotionally regulated, so their communication improves too.

They bring in tools like breathwork, journaling and yoga to manage stressful thoughts and feelings, leading to a calmer mind and nervous system, reducing overwhelm and improving resilience and focus.

It is such a honour to witness these changes and the tangible ripple effects their new mindset, habits and behaviours have on others around them, replacing past conditioning that no longer serves anyone.
