I specialise in Chronic Fatigue, M.E., Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions. As an ILM endorsed wellbeing coach, I work closely with clients to set personal goals towards improving physical and mental health and balancing their energy. I work holistically and can help support you with: relationships, emotional health, nutrition and exercise, stress and anxiety levels, sleep, finances, career and work/life balance. I have a special interest in supporting people with chronic exhaustive conditions and burnout. Do you suffer with exhaustion, aches and pains, stress, IBS, anxiety, brain fog and sleep issues? It can be difficult and confusing to get the bottom of what is causing these life-restricting symptoms. Living with low energy or burnout can create a huge amount of uncertainty and worry around managing life's responsibilities. I support clients to get to the bottom of what is causing these symptoms and empower them to make positive changes towards rebuilding energy and gradually creating a life full of health and improved wellbeing. 🍂 As the leaves fall and the days grow colder, autumn invites us to slow down and to embrace self-care.

Here are five gentle ways to nourish your body, mind, and soul this season:

🍁 Go outdoors – take some time to appreciate the falling leaves, crisp air, and (hopefully) blue skies.

📖 Journal – write a list of things that bring a smile to your face, and read through it on your down days.

🚶‍♀️ Try some gentle movement – go for a walk, or try yoga or stretching.

😴 Prioritise rest – listen to your body, slow down, and get enough sleep. Set a calming and consistent bedtime routine.

📱 Connect with others – reach out to family and friends you haven’t seen in a while. Spend time with people you love and who bring you happiness.

Let this be your gentle reminder to prioritise rest, reflect on what truly matters, and create time for the things that bring you peace and joy. 🧡

She is often told she “does nothing at home.” Yet in truth, she is the one who carries the weight of the entire household on her shoulders.

This work of art is a tribute to the unseen and often unappreciated labor of women. Day after day, they devote themselves to an endless cycle of responsibilities cooking meals, cleaning spaces, caring for children and elders, and offering constant emotional support. These tasks may not come with a paycheck, titles, or recognition, but they are the backbone that keeps families strong and functioning.

What many dismiss as “nothing” is, in reality, everything. It is the work that sustains life, nurtures bonds, and ensures that homes remain places of comfort and love. It is unpaid, invisible, and overlooked, yet it remains absolutely essential. Without it, the very structure of family life would collapse.

This piece seeks to highlight that reality to challenge the outdated idea that staying at home equals idleness, and instead to celebrate the resilience, patience, and dedication it demands.

To every mother who sacrifices her own rest, to every sister who lends a helping hand, to every daughter who supports her family, and to every wife who quietly holds everything together this is a heartfelt tribute.
Your work may be unseen, but it is never without value. You are the silent strength behind every household.

It’s not just the time-suck.
It’s the nervous system overload.

Every scroll, ping, and swipe keeps your brain in “what’s next?” mode.
Which makes stillness feel impossible.
But stillness is where safety is learned.

Try this: Sit for a couple minutes without your phone. Notice what comes up. Boredom? Restlessness? The urge to check?

This is exposure therapy for a hypervigilant brain.
