April is month we are very pleased to share that a volunteer from Bowel Cancer UK will be talking at our Health & Wellbeing Roadshow at 1:30pm on Thursday 14th May at The Stag Sevenoaks. We will also be joined by a volunteer from Prostate Cancer UK who has lived experience of Prostate Cancer.

Michael, Robin and Terry will be sharing about the prevalence, signs and symptoms, risk factors and the screening programme for both Bowel and Prostate Cancer.

🌿 New free wellbeing sessions at Bradbourne Lakes 🌿

Spending time in nature can have a powerful impact on our wellbeing. That’s why we’re excited to be offering a range of free outdoor wellbeing sessions at Bradbourne Lakes. 🌳

Our sessions include one-to-one counselling (up to 8 sessions) and a variety of Walk & Talk groups, designed to help people connect with others, enjoy gentle movement and take time to focus on their mental wellbeing.

We’re especially excited about the range of Walk & Talk groups available, including dedicated sessions for dog walkers, men, and parents/carers with babies.

Whether you’ve been thinking about counselling for a while and like the idea of doing it outdoors, or you’re simply looking to meet new people, get some fresh air or take a moment for yourself, these sessions offer a welcoming and supportive space. 💙
