❤️This week is Self-Care week (17th - 23rd November) and the theme is 'Mind and Body.' It is very important to look after our own wellbeing which isn't always easy. Self-care will look differently for everyone. What does self-care look like for you? ❤️

A great day we had at the Health and Wellbeing Day for Silver Sunday at Sevenoaks Leisure Centre. We will be at the next one in Edenbridge Leisure Centre from 10-12 on Wednesday 10th December with Sally our Health & Wellbeing Coach!

Don’t miss our Health and Wellbeing Days for over 55s! Come along to the leisure centres in this Thursday (6 Nov) or on 10 Dec to explore the centres & try something new. There will also be an opportunity to have an NHS health check & a free seated exercise class.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) would like to thank everyone who attended their Menopause Event on Thursday 16 October to celebrate Menopause Awareness week.

A huge thank you to Councillor Angela Baker at Edenbridge Town Council for opening the event. For our sponsors, Wells Health, Especially Health, Sam Palmer, to the local businesses and organisations that came to support the women and to our staff and volunteers for helping make it a successful evening.
