🌺 70th Birthday Gardening Cake 🌼
This cake taught me how difficult people and faces are to replicate… but lawn mowers are actually easier than you think!
The cake itself was a chocolate sponge cake with Swiss meringue butter cream 😋

My first ever baby shower cake! A lemon and blueberry sponge, lemon buttercream, topped with pink and blue baby booties was the perfect centrepiece for a Trooly wonderful baby shower 👶🏼🍼

Belated birthday celebrations for me 🥳🍰
This years birthday cake flavour of choice was a 12 layered red velvet. I think the key to a great red velvet is centred around the frosting. I have experimented a lot with cream cheese frosting but this one has been my favourite by far, the main difference was using two different types of cheese; cream cheese and marscapone. Would definitely recommend trying it out 😋

💸 Millionaire Muffins 💸

These delicious vanilla muffins are covered with a fudgey chocolate frosting and have an oozy caramel centre, finally topped with a homemade buttery shortbread.
They couldn’t be more indulgent! 🥰

In trooooly scrumptious style I made a new addition to my brownie repertoire —— Pip&Nut Crunchy Peanut Butter Brownies and they were delish! Video to come soon showing how I stirred in the Peanut Butter to make it super marbley 🥜
