💚 I am so happy and excited to announce that I will be offering a NEW class in Sevenoaks on Thursdays from September 🧘🏼.

💚 Hosted in Mencap Hall on Hitchen Hatch Lane, Sevenoaks. Thursdays 7.30pm 🧘🏼.

💜 Still hosting my class in Holyport, Berkshire on Mondays 8pm.

🧘🏼‍♀️ I’ve just relocated into the area from Windsor where I have been hosting Yoga classes (group, corporate and private) for many years.

🧘🏼‍♀️ I’m hoping to start up group classes in Sevenoaks after the summer but in the meantime I have started to offer private Yoga lessons.

🧘🏼‍♀️ My teaching focus on mobility (strength & flexibility combined) plus a guided mindfulness meditation practice with Essential Oils.

💚 Today was a day in my happy place 🧘🏼‍♀️.
Spending the day being taught by the amazing and Andrew again coming all the way from Mexico teaching us 🙏🏻 .
A surprise lift up to handstand 🤸🏼 was the highlight. Being upside down is my biggest fear 🙃 but I have a real trust in Andrew and he got me there this year too 🙌🏻 .
My focus in my own practice now is to confidently do this on my own 2024!!!!
Inspiration and drills to follow from 🫶🏻 who’s also been my teacher (online) for many years in her BYG platform which I can highly highly recommend 💕.
Handstands here we come 😉🙃🤸🏼.

Extra special today as practicing with my wonderful teacher .mills_yoga who taught me so many things over the years especially in my YTT.
Always an inspiration 😍🧘🏼‍♀️.

Caught up with lots of my yoga friends who I haven’t seen in a very long time so lovely to see everyone 🥰.

The training took place in the hall where I teach on Monday nights and can’t wait to be back there tomorrow sharing some of the nuggets from the weekend 🤸🏼🔥💕

Yoga is my happy place 💚
