Part of the only national weight loss organisation offering weekly community based weigh-ins with a trained consultant and group support. The Sevenoaks evening group has two motivational and supportive slimming sessions every Tuesday at 5.30 pm and 7.00 pm. Weighing is anytime between 5.30 and 6, and 7 and 7.30, followed by a 40 minute support session filled with ideas, tips, recipes, inspiration, and more.

While we’ve loved the one-by-one chats in the past, we know that times (and people!) change – so we’re evolving too. We’ve swapped the “going around the room” format for something brighter, more energising, and more inclusive 💛

Now, it’s all about group sharing – where everyone can join in (if they wish), swap ideas, get inspired and celebrate together in a way that feels uplifting and full of fun 💬🎉 You’ll still have the chance to shine and set your own goals – but in a way that feels fresh, focused and full of positive vibes!

Congratulations to our member Jo, who this week has achieved her 4 Stone weight loss award, and she's over the moon about it. She's achieved it through her own changes, learning about eating healthy food, learning what not to eat, never going without a good meal or depriving herself.
She is an inspiration in group, always sharing ideas, and giving support to every other member.
She now matches her daughter, who also lost 4 stones with us only a few months ago.
Well done, a fabulous fabulous achievement.
