Self Care Sunday:

Since having children I’ve forced myself into taking time for self care. I truly believe as a busy mum who works around her children carving out time for me makes me a more patient and attentive mother and a nicer wife 😂

We should not feel guilty for allowing ourselves time or treats. Whether it’s a massage, time to read a book in peace or simply an evening stroll. Take time for you.
