Growing up in the family kitchens of both my Mother’s and Nan’s home baking a variety of foods from bread and pizzas through to cakes biscuits and desserts. I still to this day have my first ever cook book bought for me by my cousin, “The Pooh Cook Book by Katie Stewart” which has been well used over the years “thanks Jo Jo”. The passion and joy of baking has never left me while pursuing other career opportunities ranging from banqueting for Marriot hotels through to Health & Safety in Canary Wharf until having my son in 2010, which re-ignited the love for baking. We have been working on developing our recipes and skills, which we are very proud to now bring to Dalby Cake Designs. My passion lies in creating delicious made to order, homemade cakes from scratch in a variety of delicious flavours for all occasions. Each cake is made using the finest hand selected ingredients and products with our expertise, love and care which makes our cakes taste great and look amazing.
