Personal Information - I am a teacher, mama and have been a Reflexologist and a Reiki Practitioner for over a decade. I believe that when the human body is in a relaxed state we can release blocked, old and negative energies and in turn restore well being. Treatments

very. Please feel free to contact me about your needs and discuss how reflexology and/or reiki can support you. All of my appointments are done in the comfort of your own home and I do work evenings. Both Reiki and Reflexology are treatments that are done fully clothed - only your socks are removed for reflexology so that your feet can be treated. Both treatments are carried out in a reclining chair that I bring to your home. Please remember that no holistic practitioner should ever claim to diagnose or cure and that all holistic therapists should work alongside your gp and medical practitioners, not replace them.
