A busy day of exercise yesterday, first some training with Henry (Thanks Henry for changing your day this week!) Physique Fitness Training and in the afternoon some boxercise, thanks Katie Coach Katie, the residents had fun and well done all of you that took part!

It was Elf/Mrs Claus Day here at Lavender Fields on Thursday and what a fun day it was!
We also had a visit from Kelsey from Echoes of Memory Lane, what a fantastic afternoon, thanks Kelsey!
