Back in 2021, we carried out a study with the University of Kent exploring the effects of Whole Body Cryotherapy on perimenopausal women — and the results speak for themselves 💙

Over 5 days, 9 women stepped into the cryo chamber daily under identical conditions ❄️

Just a casual Friday… when my little sidekicks popped in to say hello 💕

It’s always full-on chaos (the best kind, of course 😅) when they’re around — giggles, energy, and endless questions ⁉️ It’s the Summer holidays after all 😜 But a few calm minutes in front of our Red Light Rising Advantage panel soon soothed the chaos 😎✨

We love sharing simple wellness tools with the next generation, and red & infrared light therapy is a favourite here. It’s calming, restorative, and safe to use from age 10+, with a few easy precautions:

✅ Kids this age are better at understanding and following safety guidance
✅ Skin and cells respond more predictably to light therapy
✅ It’s ideal for growing bodies – think recovery, sleep support, and mood balance

👀 Eyes closed or with goggles on, short sessions of 3–5 mins for kids is plenty.
