I swear, sometimes I think I could write a thesis on menopause after all the podcasts, training courses I’ve done, articles, and reels I’ve consumed 😅
But when you strip it all back, it’s not the complicated stuff that changes anything! it’s the simple, doable things we can actually stick with.
Sleep.
Rest.
Move a little.
Eat real food.
Go outside.
That’s it.
