Pregnancy Yoga with the wonderful Liv

🤍 Nourishing, feel good movements for you and your baby in a nurturing and caring space.

✨Thursdays 6:45 - 7:45pm

We’ll move in ways that help create space in the pelvis for your growing baby, mobilise the hips and support baby’s optimal foetal positioning.

We’ll also spend time on the breath and simple breathing techniques to help prepare both body and mind for birth.

No yoga experience needed.
Come as you are, wear whatever you are comfortable in. 💗

TODDLER YOGA is back on Wednesday 11th April at 10am.

They every Wednesday as a pay as you session.

Is your little one doing a downward dog at home, or lives putting their feet in the air, or has lots of energy, then come along to our toddler yoga to help them focus, build strength, relax, aid balance and listening.

Come and watch me set up for my gym classes.

I wish it took just over 2 minutes to do it, and yo tidy it away too. But I love doing them and the baby gyms are nearly all sold out for the next few months.

Thursdays starting next week (5th March) has 3 spaces left and is for 6 months - 2 years.

Monday baby gym is sold out but spaces in April.

Preschool gym for ages 1-5 years has spaces every Monday pay as you at 10am.

You asked so we did.

I’ve have lots of requests to run baby gym on another day apart Mondays, so I’ve added a Thursday morning at 10am. So much so, April - May classes are already SOLD OUT.

This Thursday class is slightly different as it’s suitable for ages 6 MONTHS - 2 YEARS.

There are a few spaces left for the next set of classes starting on Thursday 5th March for 4 weeks.

Don’t worry, Mondays will still run, although there are only a few spaces left for March.

NEW BABY GYM on Thursdays

👱Suitable for 6 months - 2 years

📆 A 4 week term starting on Thursday 26th Feb at 10am - 11am.

🤸Lots of different equipment with a different theme each week to help babies stand, climb, balance, jump, walk and run.

🧸There are lots of toys to play with too, as well as a welcome song, some yoga, parachute games, bubbles and a goodbye song.

You will also get a drink and biscuits.
