Hello and welcome to my page! I recently set up in private practice in Sevenoaks, but also work via Zoom for clients not in the locality. Please see my website www.hrntherapy.com for more details.

The journey to becoming a therapist was a long and arduous one, but I am a better person for the experience! I now hope to assist others in becoming better versions of themselves, by offering a safe and empathic environment in which to explore their feelings.
