Sevenoaks Riding Club Welcome to Sevenoaks Riding Club! All our shows/training sessions are open to members & non-members

Sevenoaks Riding Club has been welcoming horses and riders since 1948 and is only one of two clubs in England to have its own grounds. The club is affiliated to British Riding Clubs, part of the British Horse Society, and welcomes riders of all abilities and ages. Our training clinics and competitions are aimed at all levels. Junior and Senior teams compete at Area level and frequently qualify for National Championships. The Riding Club ground, Redlands, is situated adjacent to Knole Park in Sevenoaks and has a variety of facilities for members' use including:

60 x 20 Equitred Arena
Sand Jumping Lane
Cross Country Course (2ft - 3ft)
Large grass Show Jumping Arena

MEMBERSHIP

The Club offers three levels of membership

NON RIDING

Includes receipt of ‘Hoofprints’, our newsletter, and the national ‘Rider’ magazine. RIDING

Includes the Newsletter, Rider magazine, priority on Club Training Clinics, reduced entry fees and eligibility for Area team competitions. This gives Riding Members a chance to qualify for the BRC National Championships. REDLANDS

Includes all the benefits above plus unlimited use of Redlands and its facilities at any time-except on clinic or competition days.

We are looking for the following Sevenoaks Riding club members that want to compete for us at our area showjumping at Hadlow on 11th October. Please note a valid competition pass is required (£30 but SRC will pay half-£15) alongside entries.

👉1x 60cm junior or senior
👉1x 70cm senior

Area 10 winter showjumping qualifier schedule has now been realesed! We are hosting it again this year so any support either riding or volunteers would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to ride in a team, as an individual or become a volunteer then please contact Kat Clewley on 07824169371 or Lou-lou-kat@hotmail.com.

Please note, there is now a requirement for each competing member to have a competition pass which is to accompany their entry. This replaces the pre entry system whereby the club used to make and paid for a pre entry to BRC on your behalf. The competition pass will cost £30 annually but then entitles that competing member to enter any number of qualifiers without further payment to BRC.

Unfortunately we,as a club, cannot afford to pay for this in its entirety and so will be asking members for 50%, £15 on top of any entry made.

Join us on Sunday for our Family Fun Day at Redlands 🌟

➡️ Dressage from 9:30 - 12:36 (time link in comments)
➡️ Dog Show from 1pm
➡️ Handy pony from 1pm
➡️ Gymkhana from 2pm
➡️ Clear round throughout the day. The height of the clear can be adjusted and will get smaller around midday
➡️ Horse and Hound from midday

All family fun day classes can be entered on the day £4 SRC Members, £5 Non members. Cash or card.
