A little Sunday Share ✨ I’m very inconsistent with these but here’s a few cosy folk moments from our week:

1. We had one day of sunshine and spent it building a spiral for our outdoor scared space - moss has appeared in one section so was perfect.

2. Playing Wuthering Heights. This is the smile my husband gets when he does this in the rain and winks at me *swoon*.

3. Witchy circle in the woods on a Saturday night 👌 Working with Persephone and wards .

4. Sauna-ing.

5. Lots of Tarot readings! Love love love.

6. Our new magical mushrooms for the garden. Not normally one for plastic bits but aren’t they the most whimsical thing ever?!

7. The stirring of Spring brings the first foraged teas.

8. Doing lots of redecorating - anyone else have the urge to do this this time of year?

9. Doesn’t exist because there are moments I don’t post that are dull, stressful or exhausting (always remember that on the gram!).

The Glastonbury Tor is said to be a gateway to the Celtic underworld, fairy realm and is set above sacred springs and ley lines.

That’s a whole lot of spiritual power to work with parents!

Happy LOVE DAY 💕

Wishing you a magical day with partners, children, friends or simply self-care practices. The sun is even shining!

A commercial celebration? Sure. But any excuse to celebrate love in this world right now should be grabbed with both hands.

🩷 Don’t forget our podcast Cosy Cunning Folk has a Love Folklore Magic episode now streaming. Link in bio!

About

The Lodge at Riverhead offers women a range of holistic therapies and meditation. As a mum of two and small business owner, I know how vital self-care practices are to maintain well -being. I have been a therapist for 14 years and am passionate about promoting self care in our busy modern culture. I have a BSc Hons in Holistic Therapies and have trained with The British School of Meditation.

Escape to my log cabin tucked away in the heart of Sevenoaks, to rest and reinvigorate with aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage and holistic facials. Enjoy 100% natural products, carefully selected and blissfully scented.

Meditation classes, courses and workshops also run throughout the year, offering you tools for life. The science of meditation fascinates me but through my own experience I have seen the difference it as made to my life and mindset. I love to share the extraordinary benefits of this practice.

Gift vouchers are available and beautifully presented in recyclable gift boxes. Any questions doesn't hesitate to contact me. I hope to see you at The Lodge at Riverhead soon!
