About Pippa
Pippa is a fully qualified and insured Power vinyasa yoga teacher (Lumi Power yoga), pregnancy (NCT) and postnatal/baby (BBcise) yoga teacher. She’s been teaching for nearly 9 years and combines her passion with her experience to teach powerful, inspiring classes. Pippa is also a qualified antenatal teacher with over 18 years’ experience and it was through her teaching that she initially discovered yoga. Realising the huge benefits for both mum and baby of combining movement with the breath, Pippa wanted to experience yoga for herself and began attending a wide variety of classes in order to find ‘the one’ for her. It took a while but once she discovered Power Yoga, she knew she’d found it! Through yoga, Pippa has begun a journey of self-discovery both on and off her mat, which has enabled her to make some big but very positive changes to her life. She has changed careers and is now a full time yoga teacher and is loving every minute.
