About Pippa

Pippa is a fully qualified and insured Power vinyasa yoga teacher (Lumi Power yoga), pregnancy (NCT) and postnatal/baby (BBcise) yoga teacher. She’s been teaching for nearly 9 years and combines her passion with her experience to teach powerful, inspiring classes. Pippa is also a qualified antenatal teacher with over 18 years’ experience and it was through her teaching that she initially discovered yoga. Realising the huge benefits for both mum and baby of combining movement with the breath, Pippa wanted to experience yoga for herself and began attending a wide variety of classes in order to find ‘the one’ for her. It took a while but once she discovered Power Yoga, she knew she’d found it! Through yoga, Pippa has begun a journey of self-discovery both on and off her mat, which has enabled her to make some big but very positive changes to her life. She has changed careers and is now a full time yoga teacher and is loving every minute.

‘I love seeing the transformational affect that yoga has on peoples’ lives. Not just physically in terms of being more flexible or strong but within themselves, discovering new strengths and growing as a person.

Apologies for the extended break but I’m pleased to say Yoga classes are back up and running from today 🙌.

Thank you for your patience and kind messages whilst I’ve needed time to recuperate. A rest was very much needed.

Now we’re heading into the warmer months and having had a ‘taster’ of what’s to come (hopefully), I’m feeling all enthused for Summer Yoga. The photo collage is just a snapshot of some of the fun things we’ve got up to over the years!

I often get asked this question, so hopefully this may help. Vinyasa means flow Yoga, i.e where poses are linked together to form a sequence. Power and Slow Flow are Vinyasa practices.

For experienced yogis
