🌟 For the past two years, Abraham has been part of a very special household — supporting Michael, who lives with Parkinson’s and dementia, and working closely alongside Michael’s wife, Anna. What has grown between them is far more than a care arrangement. It’s a bond built on trust, patience, humour, and genuine connection.

🌟 Abraham describes his role as “humbling and fulfilling,” something that has changed the way he sees life. Living with this family has taught him the power of patience, understanding, and meeting someone exactly where they are each day. Michael’s moods can shift, as anyone living with Parkinson’s or dementia will understand, but Abraham approaches every moment with calm, kindness, and the belief that the illness is separate from the man. And in the good moments — especially those bright, cheerful mornings — the two share laughter, stories, and a friendship that shines through!

🌟 Anna speaks just as warmly. She calls the arrangement “ideal” and says Abraham’s steady, gentle presence has brought comfort and stability to their home. She’s seen firsthand how beautifully Abraham and Michael connect — the humour, the respect, the way they bring out the best in each other. At 85, Anna remains incredibly active and involved, and Abraham often says she inspires him just as much as he supports them.
