My story.

“The people that inspire me the most are the ones who have failed but don’t give up until they reach their goal.”

I started training at a gym when I was just 18 years old. At that time, gyms were few and far between. I ended up at a body builders gym in Dartford where the guys lifted tremendous weights. It wasn’t a trendy place but boy, did I learn a lot. I absolutely loved the feeling of becoming stronger and fitter and really haven’t looked back since then. It’s this feeling of well being feeling more confident in my body that I want to share with others and help them feel the same way. Fitness is for everyone regardless of age or level. Everyone who is now fit was a beginner at some stage. None of us know how long we have on this earth but what we can do is be in good shape so that we can enjoy the time we are here. These are the thoughts that keep me coming back to the gym, exploring and trying new types of exercise and enjoying some of the basics like a lovely long walk in the country.

30 years later I now have a wealth of knowledge and experience in health, fitness and nutrition. I am not just a Qualified Personal Trainer but also a Fitness Instructor for many different types of classes like Boxing, Kickboxing, Circuits, Core strength, Hiit, weight training, Spinning and Hydro exercise. This is why I am able to give my clients of options and different methods of training. This helps to keep your training interesting as well as being effective. This year I completed my NVQ4 in Nutrition so I have the knowledge to write diets and advise you on the best nutrition for your body. I am currently training in Yoga which is an incredible subject to learn about. Choosing a trainer is like choosing a pair of shoes, its very personal and only one will fit perfectly. For this reason I like to invite new potential clients to come along to a free consultation where we can discuss your needs and you can see if I am the right trainer for you.
