The story of Reynolds Retreat

Reynolds is a family-run business with more than 20 years experience in health and fitness. The Reynolds Retreat is our flagship club located just outside Sevenoaks in Kent, set within 17 acres of beautiful parkland home to historic yew trees and walled Victorian garden. The Reynolds Retreat is a beautifully restored and extended 25,000 sq.ft Victorian property and offers some of the most luxurious and highest quality fitness, spa and treatment facilities in the country.

Become a member today and work on your fitness scheme with our expert Personal Trainers or relax and rejuvenate in our stunning spa area, fully equipped with pool, hydropool, sauna, steam room and heated loungers. After your workout, head to our bar area for a protein shake, smoothie or meal from our delicious bar menu. We even have an on-site nutritionist who can work with you to put together a bespoke wellness plan.
