Our bespoke Personal Training Experience is tailored to help you reach your wellness aims!

When you become a member, you will have two dedicated sessions with your Personal Trainer to assess your goals, introduce you to a new training regime and assist navigating our class timetable and the Reynolds app. From there your PT will see you once a month to help you keep on track and moving towards your goals!🥬🏋️‍♀️⛹️‍♀️

Become a member today and work on your fitness scheme with our expert Personal Trainers or relax and rejuvenate in our stunning spa area, fully equipped with pool, hydropool, sauna, steam room and heated loungers. After your workout, head to our bar area for a protein shake, smoothie or meal from our delicious bar menu.
