An Asian style Lunch with tea or coffee. Enjoy Thai fish cakes, panko rice balls, pad Thai salad and more in this gorgeous exclusive lunch.

13:00-15:45
Spa access and Treatments.
Enjoy a sauna and steam, relax by the pool and book yourself in for a 25 minute treatment session.
Choose two treatments from a Mini back massage, Mini facial or Mini scalp massage.

Restore and recover stretch class with Sam.

BARRE
Barre is a high repetition yet low impact Ballet/Pilates fusion workout. Barre is the workout to sculpt and build you a longer, leaner, and stronger body. If you love Pilates, this hybrid class is the session for you.

PILATES
In pilates you will focus on building the deep core, maintaining muscular balance, and re-educating movement patterns. Doing so, aids in improving balance, posture, strength and flexibility.



These classes will be available to book via the app four days prior to the class. See you there!

The story of Reynolds Retreat

Reynolds is a family-run business with more than 20 years experience in health and fitness. The Reynolds Retreat is our flagship club located just outside Sevenoaks in Kent, set within 17 acres of beautiful parkland home to historic yew trees and walled Victorian garden. The Reynolds Retreat is a beautifully restored and extended 25,000 sq.ft Victorian property and offers some of the most luxurious and highest quality fitness, spa and treatment facilities in the country.

Become a member today and work on your fitness scheme with our expert Personal Trainers or relax and rejuvenate in our stunning spa area, fully equipped with pool, hydropool, sauna, steam room and heated loungers. After your workout, head to our bar area for a protein shake, smoothie or meal from our delicious bar menu. We even have an on-site nutritionist who can work with you to put together a bespoke wellness plan.
