There’s something magical about starting the week in the sunshine ☀️🐾

This morning’s dog walk felt like a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and notice the little signs around us. I came across a tree with markings that looked just like a guiding eye… a quiet nudge from nature to trust the path I’m on and stay present. 🌿👁️

Now, feeling grounded and recharged, I’m setting up to offer a Reiki treatment—holding space for calm, balance, and whatever is ready to flow.

There’s something truly special about Glastonbury Tor ✨

Today, with my children and Mum, we made the climb together. The wind at the top was intense, the sweeping views across the Somerset levels just stunning… it all felt a little otherworldly.

It’s hard to explain, but there’s a kind of magic up there — the kind that makes you slow down, breathe deeper, and just be for a moment. Watching the kids take it all in, laughing and trying not to blow away while we soaked up the history and mystery, made it even more meaningful.

Days like this remind me how important it is to pause, connect, and share simple experiences with the people who matter most 💛

FINALLY! I finally made it to the wonderful Aura Alchemy cafe in Shaftesbury - a girls trip with my daughter ❤️ We did our tarot cards, enjoyed the treats on offer and may have come home with even more crystals ☺️
