The Story behind Castle Green Yoga

Come and move your body and free your mind at one of the most beautiful locations in the UK.

‘Getting people active’ is the mission taken on by the London Marathon Trust, who have delivered a Community Grant to Shaftesbury Town Council to provide Free Yoga in Shaftesbury. Castle Green provides the most spectacular setting for this unique experience, where people will come to move their bodies, rest their minds and enjoy a community experience like no other.

Kirsty Elliott from The Yoga Within has delivered free yoga throughout the Fringe Festival, and she will be bringing her unique expertise to lead these sessions - expertly crafting them to be suitable for everyone. Whether you are a regular ‘mover’ or if you need some help getting things going, these classes are for you!
