The residents at Millbrook House were treated to a wonderful afternoon of music when Kelly Dale came to perform. 🎶

Her set featured favourites from 1940s swing, a touch of jazz, and some fantastic show tunes – creating an atmosphere full of joy and nostalgia.

There were plenty of smiles as everyone clapped their hands, tapped their feet and sung along with excitement.

We are already looking forward to Kelly’s next visit!

Thursday at Millbrook House was full of fun and friendly competition as everyone took part in a lively game of Target Golf! ⛳

Laughter echoed as players got into the spirit – even calling for VAR on a few close shots! The scores were neck and neck, with a tie for second place adding to the excitement.

Seated Dancercise at Bramley House! 🪑🎶

Sarah shook things up in this week’s seated exercise class with some fun new dance steps! Once everyone got the hang of it, our residents were full of energy and moving to the music — so much so that a well-earned cup of tea was needed by the end! ☕️

We’re already looking forward to next week, as Sarah has promised even more new moves to keep us on our toes (while staying comfortably seated, of course!).

In case anyone wants to get their groove on we danced to the Preservation Hall Jazz Band rendition of 'Oh When The Saints' and then the waltz 'Valzer Del Commiato' played by Nino Roti.
