Having trained as a nurse. I wanted to look at alternative ways to treat the whole person and not just the symptoms. I developed a interest in Reflexology, experiencing the powerful benefits it can bring. I started The Body and Sole to offer Reflexology in Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset. Offering Holistic Therapies for all ages (subject to satisfactory medical consultation). 'Workshops' available to teach the parent/carer to administer Reflexology safely and effectively to soothe their precious little ones! I trained and qualified in Swedish BNS Massage, Indian Head Massage and most recently Reiki to offer additional holistic therapies. ITEC qualified and a member of F.H.T.

Thank you to those who’ve sent condolences, love and support to me over the last 3/4 weeks whilst I was nursing my mother in her final days. Your kindness has been much appreciated. I will be offering treatments again from 20th April. To those that have already enquired about treatments, I will be contacting you over the next week. Thank you for your patience.
