As some of you know I am building ( well more accurately my amazing husband James Elliott) a very special studio in our garden, it has taken a little longer than expected as James has done everything himself 😵 and now we are at the stage of painting 🥳 so all hands are helping 💖 cant wait to share the space with all you amazing Yogis 💖💫🌟💗

Yogis you are amazing!!! What an incredible last week over 100 Yogis embraced the Carrot Pose, Green Bean Pose and of course the legendary Brussel Sprout Pose and then flew like the Snowman 🤩🌟💗💖 Yogis you are incredible 🙏🏼🙏🏼 wishing everyone a Christmas filled with love, light and laughter (and of course a Brussel Sprout 🌱🌱😉😉) ###

Well that was a first…. teaching at my beloved Shaftesbury Wellness event and the heavens opened 🙈🙈 I have never taught with an umbrella before 😂😂 whilst 80 Yogis sheltered under the tress and carried on, absolutely amazing!! I think Rain Yoga could really be a thing!!☔️🧘‍♀️

Happy Solstice amazing Yogis and Happy International Yoga day 🥳☀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ what a morning we had this morning connecting to the Stillness of the Sun and awakening the stillness within to find our way back to our connection of our Source 🌟💫 using Asana, Mantra, Breath and Sound under the light of Lord Surya we connected, we shone and we became one….absolutely amazing 🙏🏼🌟💫💗
