Well that was a first…. teaching at my beloved Shaftesbury Wellness event and the heavens opened 🙈🙈 I have never taught with an umbrella before 😂😂 whilst 80 Yogis sheltered under the tress and carried on, absolutely amazing!! I think Rain Yoga could really be a thing!!☔️🧘‍♀️

Happy Solstice amazing Yogis and Happy International Yoga day 🥳☀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ what a morning we had this morning connecting to the Stillness of the Sun and awakening the stillness within to find our way back to our connection of our Source 🌟💫 using Asana, Mantra, Breath and Sound under the light of Lord Surya we connected, we shone and we became one….absolutely amazing 🙏🏼🌟💫💗
